Gr8 vid you made that look easy. Have u pulled 1 of these dct450 transmissions out? You’d make that look easy too. Theres 10 videos how to remove a dct250 focus transmission and 10 on how to rebuild a dct450 on a bench. The dct250 has a lifting point on top to balance n lower the transmission easily but doesn’t appear to have 1 on the dct450 I’m sure any transmission can be replaced easily on a car hoist with trans jacks I don’t have that. Surprised there isn’t a vid on removing 1 of these dct450s yet, a global problem all powershift transmissions

I cleaned the injector and bought a new sensor. I still have the error P20EE too low efficiency. The catalytic converter itself seems to be intact. Do you know what else could be the cause?

Thank you, I just fixed this issue thanks to you. I did not remove my wipers. I put a piece between the cover so i can get my vacuum inside on top of drain I use a stick and press though from bottom of top drain and into the vacuum. A lower drain is also visible from this angle, i vacuumed a lot of shit outta dere to.

Whats the symptom with broken pressure sensor?

Well I didn’t know these had two belts!!! I’m getting a slight squeak on my 2015 Octavia mk3 1.6tdi. not sure where it’s coming from. Had cambelt and water pump done last year and I’ve had new tension pulley and belt done recently!

Urgent question: Do I need to bleed the pump when I install a new one, or is it sufficient to just turn on the ignition and wait for the pump to bleed itself? I can't find a bleed screw on the pump. Should I bleed it manually with a syringe? thx an lot!

Здравствуйте. Спасибо за Ваш труд в видео. Могу заверить, что более подробнее и точнее никто не показывал как устанавливать ремень ГРМ на данном типе мотора. Всë чëтко и ясно! Молодцы! Но. У себя на моторе (такого же типа, как в Вашем видео) переустанавливал ремень ГРМ - менял топливный насос ввсокого давление. Всë делал как Вы рассказывали. После сборки и пробной поездки вылезла ошибка P0341 - Датчик положения распредвала - недостоверный сигнал. Посредством сканера VCDS увидел следующее: "Электроника двигателя" - "Измеряемые величины"- "Адаптация распредвала впуск ряд 1 длина фазы 13,5 °. Т.е. положительное значение в градусах, равное 13,5. Это много? Какой должен быть показатель? Мотор вроде работает нормально. Что делать? Заранее спасибо.
